Return Policy

Overview
VETiONX™ customers have 60 days from date of purchase to request a product refund. We ask you to give our products a fair and complete test and for that reason, we ask you to at least use the products for 30 days, or longer, depending on the severity of the ailment.
Our products are all organic, and contain only natural ingredients. It will take some time to help reverse your pet’s illness effectively and safely. To assist you and your pet with the healing process, please make use of our customer service department and our in-house veterinarian (http://www.vetionx.com/ask-our-vet/). If you are still not satisfied with your pet’s results, we will reimburse you for the product in accordance with our refund policy.
Refund Policy
We offer our first time customers a money-back guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of like product(s) after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as-is.
If, after using our product for at least 30 days in accordance with the dosing schedule for your pet’s weight and condition (see individual product protocol), you are not completely satisfied, you must return all bottles (both empty and unused) for a refund of your original purchase price less the original shipping and handling, and a 20% return processing fee.
All returns are charged a return processing fee. This fee will be 20% of the total product purchase price.
The refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the product itself only. All bottles must be returned to our office to receive a refund.
Special Promotions
There are no refunds for any Auto-Ship packages or Special Promotion packages.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded according to this policy, less shipping and handling and a 20% processing/restocking fee. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable address when placing the order.
International Orders and Customs Fees
For international orders, there may be customs fees levied on packages, as well as additional package tracking fees. VETiONX is not responsible for these fees, and if a package is refused or undeliverable any customs fees paid upon return or tracking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Obtaining Return Authorization
Customers must call 616-977-8500 for customer service to get a RMA (Return Authorization Number) and this number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our offices.
We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we did not receive the product back and the customer can not prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.
We only allow one return per product per customer. Customers can order as many products as they wish but we only allow one return for any particular product per customer.
Customers have exactly 60 days from time of purchase to return the product to us. We do accept the postmark on the return package as the returned date. Items received outside of this 60 day policy will not be processed.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days and a refund issued within 10 – 20 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is no longer available for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.
