Kitty coughing and hacking?
Constantly finding unpleasant "surprises" around the home?
Has cat-vomit-clean-up become an almost daily ritual?
If so, please take note – this behavior isn’t just annoying and gross. It's a symptom of improper digestion, and seeing it regularly is your cat's way of telling you they need a little help!
Why Does This Happen?
When cats spend 10% of their waking hours grooming, it's no wonder – especially for our long-furred kitties – that problems sometimes arise. Unfortunately, while convenient, the prepared foods most of us owners provide may be lacking in the specific dietary elements our cat's body needs to support an optimally healthy, minimally-shedding coat, and to deal with excess hair consumption as a result of excess hair loss. Consequently, their intestinal tract is not prepared to digest the excess fur they take in while grooming. Instead, it becomes lodged in their stomach, developing into a mass and making poor little kitty very uncomfortable.
To dislodge them, cats try retching and hacking until the irritating wad of hair comes out. And fortunately? That usually does the trick. However, it's important cat owners are aware that chronic fur digestion problems can sometimes lead to more serious issues - intestinal blockages your cat can't get rid of despite their best efforts. At this point, only surgery can relieve suffering.
Luckily though, support for healthy fur and digestion is simple.

Dr Charline Wilson,DVM
Holistic Pet Care Specialist with 34 Years Experience
Hello! I'm Dr. Charline Wilson, DVM, affectionately known here as "Dr. Char." As a vet, I pride myself on a holistic approach to pet care and I opt for a safe, natural approach whenever possible. It's exciting to see more and more people realizing they don't need to choose between a safe, natural option or an effective one for their cats. You truly can have it all! That's why when patients come to me looking for added coat and digestion support, I recommend VETiONX's Hairball supplement.
Alongside regular grooming sessions I advise for all my patients, the blend of botanicals and nutrients in VETiONX's Hairball supplement chews help support minimal shedding and optimal skin, coat, and digestive health by providing dietary elements many cats lack in their everyday diet:
- Flaxseed Oil: Great source of the sulfur-containing omega fatty acid ALA (alpha-linolenic-acid) known to support detoxification and cell health.
- Cranberry Extract: Rich in antioxidants, known to support good kidney and bladder health.
- Psyllium Husk Fiber: High is soluble fiber known to support optimal digestive health and function.
- Safflower Oil: High in linoleic acid (LA) which is known to support good skin health.
- Brewer's Yeast: A good source of B vitamins, chromium, and selenium, known to support both calm mood and an optimally healthy coat with minimal shedding.
- Zinc: Known to support skin and coat health. (Zinc deficiency is known to cause hair loss and shedding.)
- Biotin: B vitamin known to support the optimal strength of fur and nails, and health of skin.
- Omega 3 & 6: A balanced blend of omega fatty acids 3 and 6 are known to support a wide range of systems including digestion, circulation, skin, and fur.
The combination of omega fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber in VETiONX's Hairball supplement make it a safe, natural way to support digestion after grooming, promote healthy minimally-shedding coats, and support the on-going optimal health of your cat's skin, fur, and digestive system. No more upset tummies, and no more yucky surprises!

VETiONX Hairball for Cats FAQs
Q: How safe is Hairball for Cats?
A: Hairball for Cats contains no harmful fillers, steroids, or chemicals. Pregnant or lactating cats should not take Hairball for Cats unless directed by a qualified veterinarian. As always, consult your veterinarian if you have a concern.
Q: Is Hairball for Cats approved by the FDA?
A: In 1994, Congress passed the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) that provided strict guidelines for the labeling and marketing of human dietary supplements. DSHEA established supplements intended for human consumption as a new class of food for purposes of federal regulation. Most animal health supplements are considered "drugs of low regulatory priority" and are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). If the product is intended as a source of minerals and vitamins for a non-human food chain animal (dogs, cats and horses), it is classified as a nutritional or feed supplement and regulated by the FDA and individual state feed control officers through the AAFCO Model Bill. Most states follow the recommendations of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). Hairball for Cats is considered an animal supplement, therefore falling into this category.
Q: How do I give my pet Hairball for Cats?
A: Directions are included on the label. You can give your cats Hairball for Cats as a supplement during stressful situations.

|Extra Support||Give 4 chews, twice daily, for 2-4 days or until results occur|
Q: Can my pet safely take Hairball with medications?
A: The Office of Dietary Supplements of the US Food and Drug Administration suggests you check with your health care professional before taking a supplement, especially when combining or substituting them with other foods or medicine. We recommend you inform your veterinarian of your choice to use any natural products so they may have a full picture of your pet-care regimen.
Q: What steps can I take to improve my pet's health along with VETiONX products?
A: Along with taking the VETiONX product appropriate for your pet, pets should be given a diet low in grain and gluten, focusing on preparing a raw diet of meat and vegetables when possible. Other dietary restrictions, such as for diabetic pets, must also be taken into consideration. To support health, give enzymes with each meal, add a probiotic, and a fish oil or omega-3 supplement daily. Provide your pet with chemical-free, purified water. Regular moderate exercise for your pet will help to maintain and improve their health and keep the body systems working properly.
Q: Can I give my pet Hairball for Cats along with H2O-IonX or other VETiONX products at the same time?
A: Absolutely. We recommend you stagger the doses throughout the day so your pet experiences the maximum effect from each product.
